We are looking for a specialist who will:
- Develop and implement cold email strategies for various audience segments (creators, brands, agencies).
- Create personalized email campaigns based on the pain points and motivations of the target audience.
- Build and segment email databases (including via LinkedIn, YouTube, and CRM data).
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and sending times.
- Monitor key metrics (OR, CR, CTR, reply rate, conversion rate, spam monitoring, IP/Domain Health) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure high deliverability and compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to align campaign goals.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience launching cold email campaigns (B2B or B2C).
